Cinosam.org is produced as a free service to Cinosam.

It is not paid for by members or by the Cinosam Board. Its aim is constructive community service and development. Any Cinosam property owner is welcome to contribute news, information, profiles of residents, articles, or editorials labeled as such in line with these aims.

The website will seek to keep Cinosam property owners informed of Board actions agendas, minutes, and ongoing concerns. It seeks to give information and ideas from various points of view so readers can make up their own minds about our common property and community concerns. Since just over half of Cinosam property owners are non-residents (seasonal), both their concerns and those of year-round residents will be presented. To offset some of the costs involved, Cinosam.org may charge for classified ads and/or gain some funds from sales of items in the Cinosam "store."

Because change is inevitable in every community, Cinosam.org functions in the hope that the Club can help control change by limiting it in some cases and encouraging it in others.

Cinosam.org does not seek to replace the community newsletter, or to represent itself as official. It does seek to serve our community, and to promote long-term harmony, but will not shy from explaining both sides of controversial issues. Contributions must be signed by the writer, and may be edited for space, grammar, and their potential to serve these goals. Criticism of actions by the board, or of others, which may affect the community will be considered for publication. Personal criticism will not.

Cinosam.org will operate according to accepted professional journalistic standards. It seeks to be honest and fair in its presentations over time while presenting multiple and diverse points of view.

Cinosam.org operates under the management of Fred Paine, a third generation, lifelong seasonal resident of Cinosam.  Professional website preparation by lint Zehner, Austin, TX
